Entrepreneur AI Flow · The AI-Empowered Entrepreneur

You've tried AI. Have you taught it how to work with you?

Entrepreneur AI Flow is a self-paced course for business owners who want AI to do real work in their business, not just answer questions. You teach it your voice and how you work, give it clear jobs, and build a Business Brain of files you own. One useful change at a time. Solo or with a small team.

Sound familiar?

Stop trying to do it all. Start building a business that supports you back.

The same woman twice: stressed at a desk buried in paper, then calm at a tidy desk as her papers turn into glowing cards

You started your business for freedom. Somewhere along the way, you became the one who has to remember, decide, create, follow up and figure out everything.

  • You explain the same things over and over, to people and to AI.
  • The same tasks keep sliding onto next week's list.
  • Everything runs through you, so nothing moves when you step away.
  • You've tried AI. It wrote a decent email, then forgot who you were by the next chat.

Sometimes burnout isn't a motivation problem. It's a support problem.

The difference

Most people are learning how to use AI. I'm teaching you how to make AI work with you.

AI can write an email. Can it write one that sounds like you? It can make a checklist. Does it know how your business actually runs? That's the gap between using AI and working with it.

Typical AI trainingEntrepreneur AI Flow
Teaches prompts and toolsTeaches you to train AI around your business
Shows what AI can doHelps you decide what AI should do for you, and what it never does
One-off answers you start over tomorrowA profile, a job description and a Business Brain it works from every time
Focuses on productivityStarts with where you're stuck and what drains your energy
Shows impressive demosYou time a real task before and after, and see the change

That's a general picture, not every course out there. It's the gap this one is built for.

Where are you now?

What kind of relationship do you have with AI?

The threat

"It's going to replace me."

The search box

"I ask it things now and then."

The teacher

"It helps me learn what I don't know."

The teammate

"I've taught it how I work, and it helps me run my business."

You don't have to know much about AI to start. You need curiosity, clear expectations and a willingness to teach it how you work.

One thing to keep straight: a teammate is a way of working, not a person. AI can be wrong, and it never gets the final say. It prepares. You check its work, and you decide.

What you build

Support you can see.

Every lesson ends with something you keep. By the end of the course, you have:

A glowing glass brain with small folders circling it, above an open notebook and a cup of coffee in morning light

Knows you

Your AI profile

Your voice, your business, what you sell and how you like things done, so you stop re-explaining yourself.

Clear roles

A job description for your AI

What it does on its own, what it drafts for your OK, and what it never does.

Yours to keep

Your Business Brain

A folder of plain files you own, in Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. If you switch AI apps, it comes with you.

Every morning

A morning briefing

What needs you today, what can wait and what's just FYI.

On a schedule

A routine that runs

One repeat job set up to run on its own, with your yes where it counts.

Proof

Your before-and-after

One task you dread, timed before you start and again at the end. Minutes, not feelings.

Plus your 90-day audit, your Resist List sorted into do it now, hand it to AI, hand it to a person or drop it, a prompt library, two tools connected and one process turned into a skill.

"Flow is not expensive and it's not elusive."

The method

Four parts of flow, in plain business terms.

The course follows the four parts of flow from my own framework. Each one has a practical job in your business. Every lesson has one short video, one guide with copy-and-paste prompts and one thing you build.

Start Here

Flow Is a Choice

Set up your AI, teach it four safety rules and time one task you dread. Then run your 90-day audit, or the interview if you're new.

You build: your "before" number and your audit.

Part 1

Awareness

In plain terms: see clearly what's working and what you're avoiding. Your AI learns your voice and your business, you make your Resist List, and you start thinking things through with AI.

You build: your AI profile and your Resist List, sorted.

Part 2

Surrender and Trust

In plain terms: hand off work without losing control. Pick your first jobs for AI and write its job description: what it does alone, what it drafts for you, what it never does.

You build: a prompt library and your AI's job description.

Part 3

Acceptance and Allowing

In plain terms: stop carrying the business in your head. Build a Business Brain in one folder you own, check what's true in it, and get a morning briefing.

You build: your Business Brain and your first briefing.

Part 4

Live Powerfully

In plain terms: let support run without you. Connect your email and calendar (read-only first), set a routine on a schedule and turn a process you repeat into a skill.

You build: two tools connected, one routine, one skill.

Finish

Flow, Multiplied

Time that same task again and run your audit one more time. Your before and after, in minutes, not in feelings.

You build: your before-and-after.

Your first exercise

A clear look, not a grade.

A woman writing in a journal by a window as small glowing icons rise from the page

Start Here is short: set up your AI, teach it four safety rules and time one task you dread. Then comes your first real exercise, the 90-day audit.

Your AI looks back over your conversations from the last 90 days and reports in a set order. It starts with what's working, because when the gap comes first, it's easy to beat yourself up and put the whole thing off.

First

What you're doing well

The strengths that show up again and again in your own words.

Then

The progress you've made

What moved in the last 90 days, even when it didn't feel like it.

Then

Your growth edges

Where you keep circling, each one with a first step under 15 minutes and a prompt to start it.

Your chat history isn't a full record of your work or your life. It shows patterns in what you discussed with AI. You decide what's true. Your AI checks with you before it calls anything avoidance, and sometimes a task sits there because it isn't yours to do anymore.

New to AI, or your app can't look back at past chats? Your AI interviews you instead, a few questions at a time. Join the waitlist and I'll email you the audit prompt, both versions, free.

Two tracks

Solo, or with a team.

Two coworkers at a round table, smiling, with one glowing brain shared between their two laptops

Solo track

It's just you

You run the business and AI is your assistant. You'll follow Dana, who runs a bookkeeping practice on her own.

Team track

You have help

You have at least one person helping you, even part-time, and you both work with AI. Three extra lessons cover who does what, sharing one Business Brain, and handoffs and approvals. You'll follow Marcus, who owns a landscaping company, and Tasha, who runs his office.

Dana, Marcus and Tasha are example business owners written for the course, not real clients.

AI prepares. You decide.

Support you can trust. Sending, spending, signing and deleting always wait for your yes. You check AI's work before it counts. Passwords, account numbers and login keys never go into your AI, and set up well, your AI even reminds you to stay safe. Your Business Brain belongs to you, not to any one AI. If you switch apps next year, your business comes with you.

Ideas behind the approach

What the course leans on.

Two kinds of ideas shape this course, and I keep them apart. Some come from research. Others are my own framework from years of coaching and running a business. None of the research below tested this course. It's the thinking the lessons are built on.

From research

  • Progress fuels motivation. In about 12,000 daily diary entries from 238 people at work, making progress on meaningful work was the biggest lift to their motivation and mood. (Teresa Amabile and Steven Kramer, The Progress Principle, 2011)
  • Kindness helps you start again. Students who forgave themselves for putting off studying for one exam procrastinated less before the next one. (Michael Wohl, Timothy Pychyl and Shannon Bennett, 2010)
  • Open loops pull at you, and a plan helps. People tend to go back to tasks that were interrupted, and making a specific plan for an unfinished goal cut down the mental noise it caused. (Bluma Zeigarnik, 1927; Ghibellini and Meier, 2025; Masicampo and Baumeister, 2011)
  • If-then plans help you follow through. Deciding "when this happens, I'll do that" made people noticeably more likely to reach their goals across 94 tests. (Peter Gollwitzer and Paschal Sheeran, 2006)
  • Flow has conditions. It tends to show up when the goal is clear, you get feedback right away, and the challenge fits your skill. A small step with a clear prompt is built that way. (Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Flow, 1990)

From my own framework

These come from my coaching and my own business, not from studies.

  • Flow is a choice. Flow isn't rare or saved for athletes and artists. You can set up the conditions for it on an ordinary workday.
  • Resistance marks the spot. The task you keep putting off often points right at the work that matters. Writer Steven Pressfield argues that the more something matters to you, the more resistance you feel toward it. That's his view, not a lab finding. (The War of Art, 2002)
  • Strengths first. Look at what's working before you look at the gap, so you have solid ground to stand on.
  • AI prepares. You decide. AI does the drafting, sorting and reminding. The decisions and the relationships stay with you.

Who this is for

This course is for business owners who want more than another productivity tip. You believe the energy you bring to your work matters, and you still want results you can measure. Maybe AI makes you nervous, or maybe you've tried it and shrugged. You're curious, you like solving problems, and you're ready to teach AI how you work.

You don't need to be good with tech. When I get stuck, I ask my AI to explain it step by step, like I'm in kindergarten. I can get through almost anything that way, and so can you.

Hi, I'm Laura.

I'm Laura Ivy Blessing, a coach and tech founder. Real estate is where I built my business, and I've been at it since 2004.

For years I ran it on a hamster wheel. Every call, every text, every night. I thought I needed to try harder. What I needed was support.

Today an AI phone assistant answers my calls, a morning briefing tells me what needs me, and routines file my calls, emails and deals every morning. I built all of it for my own business, and I still make every call that matters.

The four parts of flow come from the book I've been writing for years. This course is that system, rewritten for every kind of business.

Questions

What is Entrepreneur AI Flow?

Entrepreneur AI Flow is a self-paced online course from Laura Ivy Blessing for small business owners. You learn to work with AI inside your own business: you teach it your voice and how you work, give it a job description, and build a Business Brain of files you own, a morning briefing and routines that run on a schedule. It is built for Claude, with a ChatGPT path in every lesson, and it has a Solo track and a Team track.

Who is Entrepreneur AI Flow for?

Small business owners in any field who want AI to take real work off their plate. If you work alone, take the Solo track. If you have an assistant or office manager, even part-time, take the Team track together.

What do I get when I join the waitlist?

An email with my 90-day audit prompt, in two versions: one that looks back over your past AI chats and one that interviews you instead. You also hear the open date and the price before anyone else. The course itself isn't open yet.

What is the 90-day audit?

It's the first exercise in the course, right after a short setup in Start Here. Your AI looks back over your conversations from the last 90 days and reports in a set order: what you're doing well, the progress you've made, and your growth edges, each with a first step under 15 minutes and a ready-to-paste prompt. Chat history shows patterns in what you discussed, not everything you did, so you decide what's true.

What if I don't have 90 days of AI chats?

Your AI interviews you instead, a few questions at a time, and builds the same report from your answers. Use the interview version too if your app can't look back at past chats. You can run the full audit later, once you have some history.

Will the audit feel like a report card?

No. It's a mirror, not a grade. It always opens with your strengths and progress, every growth edge comes with a way forward, and your AI checks with you before it calls anything avoidance. You get the final word on what's true.

Is AI meant to replace the people in my business?

No. In this course AI is a way of working, not a person. It drafts, sorts and reminds. You and your people make the decisions, keep the relationships and check its work.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. Every lesson has a short video, a step-by-step guide and prompts you copy with one click. If you can copy, paste and answer questions about your business, you can do this course.

I tried AI and wasn't impressed. Why would this be different?

Most people try AI with no setup, so it forgets who they are every time. In this course your AI learns your voice, your business and how you like things done, and it keeps that in files you own. Then you test it on a real task you dread, timed before and after.

Does it work with Claude or ChatGPT?

The course is built for Claude, which I use every day. Most lessons also work in ChatGPT, and every lesson has a note that tells you what is different there.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

Not to start. A free account covers Part 1. Some later lessons, like connecting your email and running routines on a schedule, need a paid plan. Plans and prices change, so check your app's plan page when you get there.

AI changes every month. Will this still work?

The apps will keep changing. The course is written for the tools as they work today, and it teaches habits that last: knowing what you want, keeping your business in files you own, and checking AI's work.

When does it open, and what does it cost?

The date and the price are not set yet. People on the waitlist hear about both first.

Is my business information safe?

Safety comes first in the course. Your audit runs inside your own AI account, and you choose what it reads. On day one you learn four rules: no passwords or account numbers in your AI, business and personal stay apart, know where your files sync, and get permission before AI records a call. Your Business Brain is a folder you own.

Ready to teach AI how you work?

Join the waitlist. I'll email you the 90-day audit prompt, and you'll be the first to hear when Entrepreneur AI Flow opens, with the date and the price.
